These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the nagad77 platform and all related services. By creating an account or using the platform, you are deemed to have automatically accepted all of these Terms.

Nagad77 is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh and other countries. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and nagad77.

To create an account on nagad77, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age and online gaming must not be prohibited by law in your country of residence.
• Each individual may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials confidential. You must not allow any third party to access your account.
• Nagad77 may request identity documents, proof of address, or other records at any time for account verification.

After registration, nagad77 will verify your information. Some services may be restricted until verification is complete. Accounts created with false information will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on nagad77 at all times:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed unless nagad77 itself identifies an error.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are defined for each bet and may vary depending on the match or event.
• Odds may change at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed will be treated as final.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Nagad77 is not responsible for odds changes in live betting caused by network delays.
• For parlay bets covering multiple events, if any single event is cancelled, that leg will be removed and the bet will be settled accordingly.

Nagad77 reserves the right to suspend or investigate any bet where suspicious betting patterns are detected. Winnings may be voided if manipulation or unethical conduct is found.

The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals on nagad77:

• Only approved payment methods must be used for deposits, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the maximum per single transaction is ৳1,00,000.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Your account must be fully verified and the KYC process completed before any withdrawal can be made.
• The same payment method must be used for both deposits and withdrawals.
• Nagad77 may place a hold on any withdrawal if money laundering or fraud is suspected.

Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn. Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds without fulfilling the bonus terms will result in the bonus being forfeited.

Nagad77 offers bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members from time to time. The following general terms apply to all such offers:

• Each bonus offer comes with its own wagering requirement (rollover), which is typically 5 to 30 times the bonus amount.
• Each bonus can only be claimed once, unless the terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus offers are valid for a limited time only. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the offer expires.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• Nagad77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.

Nagad77 is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We want every member's betting experience to stay fun and within their control.

• Each member can set their own limits on deposits, losses, and session duration.
• A cooldown option is available to temporarily pause your account — from 24 hours up to 30 days.
• A permanent self-exclusion request may be submitted if needed. Once activated, it cannot be reversed.
• If problematic gaming behavior is detected, nagad77 may reach out to the member directly.
• Anyone under the age of 18 is not permitted to register or use an account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on nagad77 and may result in account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using bots, automated software, or hacking tools of any kind within the betting system.
• Using the platform to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Exploiting the bonus system for unfair gain (bonus abuse).
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity against other members.
• Knowingly exploiting any bug or error in the nagad77 system for personal gain.

For any of the above violations, nagad77 reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

Either you or nagad77 may close the account at any time. The closure process and conditions are outlined below:

• Voluntary Closure: You may close your account at any time by sending a request to support@nagad77.im. Any available balance can be withdrawn before the closure is processed.
• Closure due to breach of terms: If rules are violated, nagad77 may close the account without prior notice.
• Extended Inactivity: If no transactions occur for 12 months, the account will be marked inactive and a maintenance fee may apply.
• To reactivate the balance on an inactive account, please contact support.

Nagad77 accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• Bets lost or missed due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Any loss resulting from the user's own error or negligence.
• Delays caused by third-party service (payment gateway) failures.
• Service disruptions due to unexpected server downtime or scheduled maintenance.
• Transaction failures resulting from incorrect payment details provided by the user.

To the extent permitted by law, nagad77's maximum liability is limited to the actual balance in your account. nagad77 is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

Nagad77 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made:

• The date of the latest update will be shown at the top of this page.
• For significant changes, a notification will be sent to the registered email address.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, please submit a request to close your account.
